Olivetti released its first electronic typewriters, the ET 221 and ET 201, in February 1979. The ET-111, ET 110, ET 115 and ET 225 followed during the period 1982-1983. The range of these first generation ET series electronic typewriters was further expanded in 1986 with the release of the ET 112, ET 116 and ET 109.
