Operating instructions (Bedienungsanleitung, Mode D’ Emploi) for the Olympia Electronic Compact Typewriter in English (French and German).

AEG Olympia released a mix of German-made and Japanese-made electronic typewriters through the 1980s and into the 1990s. Japanese-made models released in 1982 include the “Electronic Compact” and the “Electronic Portable/Electronic Portable S” (a typewriter also sold as the TA Triumph-Adler Gabriele 8008, albeit with a different outer shell). Later models, the Electronic Compact 2 and the Report Electronic were released in June 85. All four typewriters were manufactured by Nakajima and share the same 96-character print wheel and the same scooped design.
