Dual pitch and with a print speed of 11 cps (max) the Olympia Carrera S (circa 1985) is based on the Nakajima AX-70 and has the same “bat-eared” drop-in cassette printwheel. The outer shell and the scooped or inset keyboard is a throwback to earlier (also Japanese-made) portable and compact models.
